Spotlight on Fairview

Check out Fairview - with its great central location and amenities, it’s a great place to live.

Voted one of the top neighbourhoods to live in Vancouver, according to Vancouver magazine (March 2016), Fairview offers something for everyone with its parks, schools, restaurants and shops.

An easy stroll or bike ride along the scenic False Creek waterfront takes you to lively Olympic Village and Science World, or wander the Seawall to Granville Island, one of Vancouver's most popular attractions where markets, eclectic shopping and restaurant abound.

The area also possess a significant concentration of healthcare facilities, a commercial centre along Broadway and the South Granville shopping district for the more discerned taste.

There is easy access to downtown via the major access routes and bridges of Burrard, Granville and Cambie, and convenient transit options include the SkyTrain’s Canada Line from downtown to the airport.

Interestingly, Fairview was Vancouver’s’ first suburb following the opening of the Granville Street Bridge in 1889 and Cambie Street Bridge in 1891. Once an area dotted by gigantic trees, today you will notice numerous Fairview streets named after trees, as well as an array of great properties.

Consider Fairview for a great place to live.
